Royal Purple Crystal-Clear is recommended for lubricating gas compressors where the oil may come into contact with catalysts downstream of the compressor. Crystal-Clear is a pure, nonreactive lubricant that has excellent anti-wear properties. It provides very good protection against rust and corrosion yet will not poison catalysts downstream of the compressor.
